BlueCross will be conducting periodic audits for use of Blue Rewards dollars. Since the system is verified through our claims process, there may be times when we cannot verify the appropriate use by matching it to a claim. At that time, we may reach out to you and ask you to validate use of the card with some basic information like who the service was for and what service was provided. BlueCross customer service will work with you to validate the Blue Rewards charge if this arises.
